Returns & Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing our product from our website https://www.novelideas.ie.
Refunds will not be provided for any purchase. If the customer notices a mistake on his/her order. They can contact us and as soon as they receive the package, they can send it back unopened and we will process an exchange for their satisfaction.
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. For safety and hygiene reasons this item cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.
If somehow, you receive a damaged product. To complete your return, we require a photographic evidence within 3 days of receiving the package to our email address with full order details.
RETURNS NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
● All items must be complete, undamaged, and in saleable condition
● New items must be factory sealed and unopened
● Returns have to be sent via registered mail
● Delivered item is defective, wrong items and faulty.
● All items have to be in their original packaging and well packed for shipping
● Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be refunded or exchanged.
● It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the returned item(s). Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s).
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
At Novel Idea Books Ltd, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. As we above mentioned we don’t offer any refunds after the purchase. There might be some cases we can provide refunds to our customers if anything happened wrong with us.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (within a month).
ORDER CANCELLATION – 6/12 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION
By signing up to a 6/12 month subscription you understand and agree you will be charged at the agreed rate and that any promotional codes used as a new customer at signup do not transfer or apply to your renewal fee. The Company do not accept any responsibility or offer refunds for ‘auto renewals’ proceeding if you have failed to cancel your subscription before your next renewal date. You understand and agree that you will be automatically billed after your current subscription of 6 or 12 months expires unless the subscription is 'set to cancel' before your final payment date in your initial commitment.
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CONTINUOUS UNTIL YOU CANCEL AND, IF YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP BEFORE THE END OF AN EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THAT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP PRIOR TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR A NEW SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OF THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME.
ORDER CANCELLATION – ROLLING SUBSCRIPTION
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, then you can change and cancel the order. It must be required for the user to contact us within 12 hours regarding order cancellation or change.
Once the product packaged and ready for shipping then you're not eligible to cancel it anymore.’
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Exchanged will be made if proof of damages can be shown and we will only replace what is damaged in the box. You should promptly contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
