1. What is the Book Subscription Service?
Each month/quarter we will send you a new and exciting book. The box will include some wonderful goodies for you to enjoy also. The goodies will be an amazing handmade chocolate bar and a ‘book’ goodie chosen to make your reading experience more enjoyable.
This is a recurring subscription service. You chose the amount of books and how frequently you want them. We appreciate everyone has different reading patterns so you can pick the options that best suit you.
2. What is the Book Gift Box Service?
These boxes are the perfect gift for any book lover. In each box you will get a new and exciting book. You will receive a gorgeous handmade chocolate bar. There will be a cool gift to help you enjoy the book even further. We can also send an amazing birthday/holiday card with a personalised message from you. Just let us know what you’d like us to write on checkout
3. How do you know what book to put into each box?
When purchasing a subscription, we will ask you some quick questions about your or the person’s receiving the box preferences. You can provide as much information as you want. We will use this information to research a book best suited to you.
For those buying a gift box we will ask you to pick a genre and we will choose a well-reviewed recently published book.
4. When are the subscription boxes sent?
The subscription boxes will be mailed to you during the first week of each month. We aim to get each box to you within 2-3 working days. We will be making an announcement each month through social medial and by email to confirm shipping dates.
5. When are the gift boxes sent?
We aim to ship these out in with 2-3 days of receiving the order. It should arrive between 3-5 working days from order date.
6. Can I amend, pause or cancel my subscription?
Of course, please just give us a message at email@example.com and we will make the relevant changes for you.
Please note if you wish to cancel a subscription box we will need to know a week in advance of shipping, i.e. before the last week of the month.
7. How does billing work?
We will charge you on a monthly basis to the card used on the initial purchase.
8. What if I have already read the book you sent me?
We only choose recently published books to bring you the hottest releases but if this does happen we would like you to hang onto the book and pass onto to another book lover.
9. What is your Returns Policy?
If the goods have been damaged or are faulty please send us a photo at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate a replacement.

10. How much is delivery?
Delivery in Ireland and Northern Ireland is free!
Shipping to the UK will be €6 per box.
Shipping to the rest of Europe will depend on destination. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
11. Can I make a specific request?
Our aim is to make our service as convenient and hassle free as much as possible for you. If you wish to have a specific request filled please email us at email@example.com and we will accommodate your request as best as possible.

13. How old do I need to be to sign up for the subscription service?
We offer books for young adults so we would recommend 14 years +. Again if you have any queries please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
14. What if I need to change details on my order?
For the subscription box, please log into your account and change what details you wish. Please be aware that changes will not come into effect between the last Monday of the month until the first Monday of the following month. We will be preparing the boxes for shipment during this period.
